Operations

Securely and properly packed palletized cargo will be accepted up to 1000 kg’s per pallet with dimensions of 100cm x 120cm x 200cm.

• Separate arrangements are to be made for over-sized cargo and pallets heavier than 1800 kg’s.
• Freight must be ready for dispatch at acceptance.
• Clients are responsible to advise Linehaul of high value freight to ensure GIT is adequate.
• All goods must be sufficiently packaged for insurance purposes goods.
• All dimensions are in centimeters.
• Should the cut-off times mentioned not be met without prior arrangements, your cargo will only depart the next day.
• Departure and collection times are subject to change as per demand.
• No claims will be accepted after seven (7) days of delivery of goods.
• Linehaul Express will not be held liable for damages on insufficiently packed freight. Fragile freight should be clearly marked and / or specific handling instructions should be given.
